Cathay Pacific has appointed Plaza Premium Group to be the operator of all its lounges at Hong Kong International Airport.
Plaza Premium is no stranger to managing lounges – the airport services provider is already the main operator of Cathay Pacific’s The Bridge and The Arrival lounges.
However, as of May 1, Plaza Premium will begin operating The Wing, The Pier and The Cabin lounges as well.

Those three lounges are currently under management by The Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels Limited, who operate the famous Peninsula Hotel.
However, it was announced last year that Cathay Pacific has chosen not to renew its contract with the group, paving the way for Plaza Premium to take over operation of the lounges.
As per the agreement, Plaza Premium will now provide staff, catering and services at all of Cathay Pacific’s Hong Kong lounges. The company boasts a strong reputation, having provided airport services in over 130 locations around the world.
