India’s full-service carrier Vistara has partnered with the State Bank of India (SBI) to introduce the Club Vistara SBI Card.
Leslie Thng, chief executive officer, Vistara and Hardayal Prasad, managing director and chief executive officer, SBI Card unveiled the Club Vistara SBI Card this afternoon.
Thng said, “I am very pleased to announce the strategic partnership between Vistara and SBI Card. It will help travellers explore opportunities and benefit existing customers through our co-branded card.”
However, this is not the first time that Vistara has collaborated with a bank for such co-branded card initiative. In 2016, Business Traveller India reported on Vistara partnering with Axis Bank to introduce Axis Bank Vistara Credit Card, which has several benefits and privileges attached to it.
This new card comes in two variants – Club Vistara SBI Card and Club Vistara Card PRIME.

The airline said the card includes several benefits and privileges such as complimentary Club Vistara silver/base tier membership, welcome tickets on Vistara’s domestic network, one-class upgrade voucher and free cancellation on Vistara bookings.
Club Vistara SBI Card highlights are complimentary club Vistara base membership, one-way economy class ticket on Vistara’s domestic network, up to three additional one-way economy class tickets on Vistara’s domestic network upon reaching key milestones in spends, hotel gift voucher of worth ₹5,000 upon reaching key milestones in spends, up to four free cancellation of flight tickets booked on Vistara channels viz. website, app and helpline through the card.
Benefits exclusive for Club Vistara Card PRIME include one-way premium economy tickets on joining and achieving spends-based milestones, complimentary Club Vistara silver tier membership, up to six free cancellation of flight tickets booked on Vistara channels viz. website, app and helpline, and also complimentary lounge access up to four international and eight domestic among others.
Additionally, other benefits include travel insurance protection, lounge access vouchers, complimentary membership to priority pass programme, and attractive reward on reaching milestone spends.
The joining fees for Club Vistara SBI Card and Club Vistara SBI Card PRIME are upwards of ₹1,499 plus and ₹2,999, respectively, renewed annually at the same charges.
