Vistara revamps its loyalty programme — Club Vistara — to include a Platinum tier. The highest tier, its members can avail of lounge access, upgrade vouchers and “Meet and Greet” service at the airport. Platinum tier members can also reschedule flights without paying any fee.
As per the revamped Points’ accrual structure, members can now earn eight Club Vistara Points for every ₹100 spent.
The upgradation process of tiers has also been altered; members can upgrade to the next tier, basis flights flown within a 12 month period, along with traditional points’ earning method.
According to Club Vistara’s “elite tier qualification” structure, 15,000 Points are required to reach CV Silver or 20 flights must be flown, 25,000 Points are required to reach CV Gold or 30 flights must be flown , and 35,000 Points are required to reach CV Platinum or 40 flights must be flown.
Members of all “elite tiers” can avail of benefits applicable to them regardless of fare paid. This includes priority handling, enhanced luggage allowance, lounge access and upgrade vouchers.
Club Vistara has also launched a 50 per cent discount on redemptions and double CV Points’ earning on all sectors flown (for a limited period).
Further, 250 bonus CV Points will be rewarded to members for website and mobile check-in and booking.
