Singapore Airlines (SIA) will offer A350 services on its popular Singapore–Hong Kong route for a temporary period starting later this month.

The A350 will serve the short-haul SQ856/861 flights from April 27 to May 8 as part of a crew familiarisation process, before the aircraft is deployed on long-haul routes.

The aircraft is currently serving the short-hop flight from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta.
