JAL Sky Suite 777 introduced on Tokyo – Frankfurt route

Japan Airlines (JAL) will be introducing its JAL Sky Suite 777 aircraft on flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Frankfurt from April next year. First class seat  Designed to evoke a “one-class higher” feel, JAL Sky Suite 777 is part of the expansion of JAL’s New Sky Project. The new product increases the comfort and functionality of all four classes on the carrier’s Boeing 777-300ERs. JAL has stated that it intend to complete modifications for all thirteen aircraft by 2014. Business class seat Premium economy class seat According to the airline, the revamped aircraft has been positively received by customers ever since it launched on the Tokyo (Narita) – London route in January 2013 (see story). Beyond the inaugural route, JAL has also introduced the 777 between Tokyo (Narita) and New York, Paris, as well Los Angeles. It is also due to be launched on the Tokyo (Narita) – Chicago route from January 2014. The JAL Sky Suite 777 features 232 seats, with eight in first class, 49 in business, 40 in premium economy, and 135 in economy. For more information, visit www.jal.co.jp Clement Huang
