India’s leading hotels group, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, unveils “Tajness”.
A branding initiative, this exercise aims to redefine customers’ experience across Taj properties. The brand’s promise is to provide “sincere care” to all its guests.
“The idea of Tajness stems from who we are. Brand Taj has a great equity. We did not want to squander away that advantage,” says Rakesh Sarna, managing director and chief executive officer at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces.
Details such as fragrance and music will be harmonised across the group’s properties. It will also feature some of its signature dishes across hotels. The branding exercise will be executed at properties by next year.
