Amba Taipei Songshan opens in the Taiwanese capital

Amba Hotels & Resorts has opened a new property in eastern Taipei, just five minutes from the popular Taipei 101 tower, and directly connected to Songshan Station.

More than 70 per cent of the Amba Taipei Songshan’s 189 guestrooms offer views of Taipei 101 or Keelung River. There are three room categories available – Smart Rooms (27 sqm), Corner 101 View Rooms (32 sqm) and Studio (107 sqm).

Each guestroom is equipped with complimentary wifi, a 48-inch HD TV, Bluetooth speaker and a Nespresso machine. Bathrooms offer a separate shower room fitted with dual Ecostat Comfort rain shower and massage showerheads, while the larger rooms also include bathtubs.

Facilities include the modern steakhouse Que, as well as a number of meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 200 people. A free shuttle service also connects the hotel to Taipei 101 and Xinyi district.

To commemorate the opening of the hotel, Amba Taipei Songshan is offering introductory room rates starting from NT$3,500 (US$110) and from NT$3,900 (US$123) with breakfast. Prices are subjected to 15.5 per cent service charge and tax.
