Members of Anantara’s luxury shared-ownership concept, Anantara Vacation Club, now have access to luxury apartment units in the United Arab Emirates’ most populous city.

Earlier this week, the hotel group announced that its Club Developer subsidiary had secured access for its Club Points Owners to high-end units at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. The apartment suites will be available to all members for stays starting February 1 this year, with bookings being accepted for the remainder of 2017.

“With this first step, we will be able to meet our Club Points Owners’ growing demand for inventory in the Middle East,” said chief commercial officer, Maurizio Bisicky.

Anantara’s Dubai property is located on an archipelago of man-made islands on the city’s coastline and offers the group’s characteristic Thai architecture in a setting conveniently located near the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah.

Meanwhile, plans for an expanded Anantara Vacation Club presence in Dubai are currently underway and are dependant upon the release of a timeshare law. In 2017, the Club Developer also aims to expand its foothold within other destinations in the Middle East.

Anantara Vacation Club currently offers a portfolio of eight high-end Club Resorts in Thailand, Indonesia, China and New Zealand.
