Mid-scale hotel brand Novotel has unveiled its debut Asia-Pacific Novotel Suites property in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi. The Novotel Suites brand offers suite-type units with an emphasis on shared space, and the new property features a selection of 87 studios and 64 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Rooms in the property range in size from 48 sqm to 104 sqm and feature a fully equipped kitchenette and walk-in wardrobe, with some including their own terrace. Apartments include a separate living room with IPTV (internet protocol television). Guests also have access to the brand’s Novotel Suites “Live N Dream” eco-friendly bedding, comprising a two-sided “Smart Pillow” and a dual-technology mattress.

Along with their own private kitchenettes, guests can make use of the all-day dining restaurant Food Exchange and the Gourmet tapas bar. Two additional bars are located on the roof and at the pool. A fitness centre, outdoor heated pool, private library lounge and kids’ playground are also open to guests.

Speaking about the opening, Patrick Basset, COO of Accor Hotels southeast and northeast Asia, said: “The Novotel Suites brand is designed as an attractive option for medium- and long-term stays, and is a perfect choice for business travellers and families on urban holidays.”

The hotel is situated in the growing urban district of Cau Giay, a key hub for office and industrial complexes, convention and exhibition centres and residential neighbourhoods. Meanwhile, Noi Bai International Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away.
