Bengaluru-based real estate company Embassy Group and Hilton Worldwide will develop a dual-branded property in Manyata Embassy Business Park in Bengaluru.

A 250-room Hilton Hotels and Resorts branded property and a 336-key Hilton Garden Inn branded hotel will be built alongside each other. It is deemed to be the largest twin-hotel complex in India.

An investment of ₹1,000 crore has been made for the project that will house two commercial towers spanning 6,503 sqm and sprawling meeting spaces that will accomodate 1,500 delegates.

The hotels will be managed by Hilton and owned by Embassy Group. Construction will begin next year and will be completed by 2020.

“Partnering with Hilton in the development of two more hotels is part of an ongoing, consistent business strategy around the hospitality business,” says Sartaj Singh, president at Embassy Group (hospitality department).

This will be the second project between Embassy Group and Hilton Worldwide, following Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks that opened in March 2014. It is situated in Embassy GolfLinks Business Park in Bengaluru.

There are 16 Hilton branded in India in cities including Agra, Goa, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon and Jaipur.
