Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants has announced two new Florida properties for Miami and Tampa.
The IHG brand will open the 96-room new-build Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach in Miami in 2018, located in the Sunset Harbour area of South beach and featuring a rooftop pool and bar, and a signature restaurant overlooking Collins Canal.
Kimpton will also open a new 150-room property in Tampa in the same year, located in the Westshore district and featuring a restaurant from Michelin-starred Tuscan chef Silvia Baracchi, as well as a rooftop bar, rooftop events facility, and 4,000 square feet of events space.
Kimpton recently announced plans to open its first European properties in Paris and Amsterdam.
