Dusit International has signed an agreement with RCL Realty & Consulting Services, Inc and Brightbeam Corporation to develop the DusitD2 Resort, San Juan in La Union Province, Philippines. The first international brand resort located at the Waves Beach Club and Residences, the new DusitD2 Resort is scheduled to open in 2019.
The property will be a seven-hectare luxury residential resort complex located an hour’s drive from Baguio City and three hours from Metro Manila and Clark International Airport. A total of 115 rooms and 50 villas will be available, with facilities including a clubhouse with an all-day dining restaurant, an oversized swimming pool and a fitness studio. Meanwhile, the Waves Beach Club and Residences, itself set to open in the first quarter of 2019, is being designed as a Malibu-inspired resort offering lifestyle, commercial and residential options.

Dusit International currently has DusitD2 resorts in Thailand, the US, China and Kenya, and is currently in the process of unveiling 12 additional hotels in China, the Philippines, Oman, Bhutan, the UAE, Myanmar and Qatar.
