Amba Hotels & Resorts has opened a new property in eastern Taipei, just five minutes from the popular Taipei 101 tower, and directly connected to Songshan Station.
The majority of Amba Taipei Songshan’s 189 guestrooms offer views of Taipei 101 or Keelung River. There are three room categories available – Smart (27 sqm), Corner 101 View (32 sqm) and Studio (107 sqm).
Each guestroom is equipped with complimentary wifi, a 48-inch HD TV, Bluetooth speaker and Nespresso machine. Bathrooms offer a shower room fitted with dual Ecostat Comfort rain shower and massage shower heads, while the larger rooms also include bathtubs.
Facilities include the modern steakhouse Que, as well as a number of meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 200 people. A free shuttle service also connects the hotel to Taipei 101 and Xinyi district.
To commemorate the opening of the hotel, Amba Taipei Songshan is offering introductory room rates starting from NT$3,500 (US$110) and from NT$3,900 (US$123) with breakfast. Prices are subject to 15.5 per cent service charge and tax.
