Pan Pacific Hotel Group will debut its flagship brand in China’s capital when the Pan Pacific Beijing opens its doors in 2017.

The 223-room hotel will be located in the Xicheng district, placing it within 2.5km from historical attractions such as Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City.

Accommodation sizes will start at 45 sqm and clubroom guests will have access to the Bai Yun Club on level 14. Recreational facilities will include a 20m indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and a spa consisting of steam and sauna facilities.

Guests will also have the choice of a number of F&B options, including all-day dining at Pacifica; Chinese at Hai Tien Lo; and Japanese at Keyaki.

As our flagship hotel in China, Pan Pacific Beijing will set the benchmark for planned expansion into other key first-tier cities,” says Bernold O. Schroeder, Chief Executive Officer, Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

“The hotel will also benefit from its strategic location in the financial district given Beijing’s standing as a regional financial hub.”

China is Pan Pacific’s largest market outside of Singapore. The hotel group currently operates five properties in the mainland, namely Pan Pacific Suzhou, Pan Pacific Tianjin, Pan Pacific Xiamen, Pan Pacific Ningbo, and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo.
