Sedona Hotel Yangon is increasing its focus on the long-stay market, with a series of new apartment-style accommodations and a brand new Residents’ Lounge.

The Residents’ Lounge is an exclusive space for long-stay guests. Open 24/7, it gives guests access to a fully-functioning kitchen, complete with electric hob, refrigerator, self-serve coffee and tea, cutlery and glassware, plus an array of comfortable seating to relax or socialise with other guests.

For younger guests, there is an Xbox gaming console system available.

Additional apartments will be converted from rooms in the old Garden Wing, bringing the total number of long-stay apartments to 60.

Long-term guests (stays of more than one month) receive additional complimentary benefits including in-room wifi, daily newspaper, utility services, access to the fitness centre, a parking space, daily housekeeping, and laundry service.

A ten per cent discount on hotel food, beverages and secretarial services, as well as signing privileges for F&B credit of up to US$500 per month are also included.
