Oakwood Asia-Pacific has unveiled its next joint hotel and serviced apartment project – Oakwood Hotel & Residence Suzhou, which is slated for a Q3 2016 opening.
The property will be located at the Half Moon Bay Commercial Complex, within the SIP Science & Technology Park. This will place it within a five-minute walk from the Dushu Centre Subway Station and a 15-minute drive from the SIP High Speed Rail Station, which provides services to Suzhou city centre, Shanghai, Nanjing and Beijing.
Oakwood Hotel & Residence Suzhou will be comprised of 288 hotel rooms and hotel suites for short stays, as well as studio, one-, two and three-bedroom apartments for longer stays.
Apartments come with fully equipped Western-style kitchens as well as washer-dryer facilities. Wifi will be available throughout the property.
It will feature three F&B outlets onsite, including the all-day dining restaurant Dushu Spring, the tea house Moonlight Lounge, and the cigar bar Churchill’s Lounge.
Recreational facilities will include a 24-hour fitness centre and a children’s playground.
