Budget hotel chain Travelodge is to offer 50,000 rooms at the bargain price of just £9 later this week, with a further 100,000 on sale at £19.
The online sale starts at 6am on Thursday April 23, and is available across its 367 UK properties, as well as the group’s three Spanish hotels in Madrid and Barcelona (priced at €10).
The offer is valid for stays between August 27 and November 30, 2009, including the August Bank Holiday and the autumn half term break.
Travelodge has also cut its dinner menu, and pre-pay ‘Eat as much as you like’ breakfast buffet by 20 per cent. Breakfast is now £5.99 per person, while a two-course dinner is available from £6. In addition dishes on the chain’s Bar Café menu have been reduced by 30 per cent.
