Wyndham Hotel Group has launched its Ramada Encore brand in the Middle East, with a 111-room hotel in the Al-Asmakh district of Doha.
The Ramada Encore Doha joins the Ramada Plaza Doha as the second Wyndham hotel in Qatar’s capital, and is located around 5km from the city’s airport.
The group’s website describes the property as “the only select service branded hotel in Doha”, with features including free wifi internet access, The Hub for international buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner, a 24-hour business centre, two meeting rooms, an indoor swimming pool, gym, and separate male and female saunas.
Geared towards “value-conscious guests”, the Encore offering aims to be a “modern, flexible and stylish incarnation” of the Ramada brand, with an emphasis on connectivity. In the UK 15 of the 78 Ramada hotels are now Encore properties.
