Budget brand Tune Hotels has unveiled its first property in Scotland, with the opening of the 179-room Tune Hotel Haymarket, Edinburgh.
The hotel is located opposite Haymarket station, and offers 112 double rooms with windows, 34 double rooms without windows, 24 twin rooms with windows, and 9 accessible rooms with windows.
In line with the group's no frills concept, guests benefits from air conditioning and a good quality bed and shower, with optional facilities including towels and toiletries, hairdryer, in-room safe and TV and wifi access all available at a charge.
Rooms and public areas feature artwork depicting Scottish themes including the thistle and Scottish Terrier dogs, and the reception area offers seating, internet access and a kiosk selling snacks and drinks.
The property is Tune's fifth UK hotel and the first outside of London, joining properties in Westminster (opposite lambeth North tube station), Liverpool Street, Kings Cross and Paddington.
