Tamani launches "Ladies Only" Floor
Published: 01/10/2008 - Filed under: News »
Luxury Dubai-based hotel group Tamani has launched a ladies-only floor at its five-star Tamani Hotel Marina.
Located on the 29th floor of the hotel, the offering includes softer blankets, calorie-specific meals, and services and amenities provided by dedicated female associates
“The idea of having a Ladies Only floor is to ensure that our female guests feel as relaxed and secure as they would in their own home - with the added attraction of first-class service with an authentic Arabian flavour,” commented Roddy Gordon, vice-president of sales and marketing for Tamani Hotels and Resorts.
The Tamani Hotel Marina features 209 two, three and four-bedroom suites, with Arabian and Islamic art collections in the rooms, and views over Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Opened earlier this year, it’s the first property by Tamani Hotels and Resorts, with three more due to open in Dubai in 2009. Hotels within the group are Sharia-compliant, serving halal food and donating a percentage of their profits to charity. They are also alcohol-free, although guests are permitted to bring their own.
