SAS launches premium economy promotion

Scandinavian Airlines is offering its Economy Extra customers added benefits on selected routes over the next few months, including discounted fares and lounge access.
Premium economy passengers travelling between the UK and Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Helsinki will benefit from a ten per cent discount on flights for booking and travel between 1 February 1 and March 31, 2010.
Note that the discount is based on the lowest published Economy Extra fares, and is calculated on fares excluding taxes and fees.
Meanwhile long-haul customers can currently enjoy lounge access in Copenhagen and/or Stockholm for Economy Extra flights between the UK and Beijing, Tokyo, Dubai, New York, Washington and Chicago. This offer is valid for bookings made by April 20, for travel until April 30.
These benefits follow SAS’ corporate promotion offering companies up to £80 cashback per flight when they make at least six one-way flights or three return trips per month (see online news January 28).
