Rocco Forte unveils The Augustine
Published: 14/05/2009 - Filed under: News »
The Rocco Forte Collection has opened its first property in the Czech Republic. The Augustine has 101 rooms and is located in Prague’s Mala Strana district.
The hotel has been created by restoring seven adjacent buildings, including a 13th century monastery, combined with a new-build restaurant and lobby. The property is located close to Charles Bridge, the Wallenstein Gardens, and Prague Castle.
Features at the hotel include a three-storey Tower Suite with panoramic views of the city, The Monastery restaurant with an outdoor terrace, The Brewery Bar housed in the cellar of one of the buildings, and a spa with hamam, steamroom, treatment rooms and gym.
