Rezidor has unveiled plans for a Radisson Blu in Newcastle and a Park Inn in Bournemouth, both of which are due to open in 2013.
The up-market 170-room Radisson Blu Hotel, Newcastle, will be one of the “best located hotels in town” according to Rezidor as it will be located on the city’s central thoroughfare, adjacent to the main train station.
The new Radisson Blu will have free high speed internet, a restaurant, bar, gym and 400sqm of conference space.
The mid-market Park Inn Bournemouth will be situated close to Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), making it an attractive choice for delegates attending events there.
The 172-room property will have a bar, gym, meeting rooms and sea views.
