Radisson SAS extends free internet access
Published: 26/03/2008 - Filed under: News »
Hotel brand Radisson SAS has extended its free internet access offering to delegates visiting its properties for meetings, whether or not they are actually staying at the hotel.
Radisson has long since championed free internet access for guests (one of the few chains in the UK to do so, along with Malmaison), but now non-residents attending meetings can also log on for free via a pass available at reception.
Says John Kennedy, vice president marketing and customer relationship at Rezidor:
“Getting connected to their corporate networks, checking emails or downloading documents is important to our meeting guests, and we are now offering a complimentary and easy-to-use service to all of them – even if they don’t have a room reservation and are just visiting us for the day. Most of our properties have installed wireless internet access, so the access is not limited to the meeting room – delegates can also go online from the lobby or other public areas.”
