Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has opened two new Radisson properties in India, located in the Gujarat seaport of Kandla and the city of Ghaziabad near Delhi.
The 117-room Radisson Kandla features over 5,000sqm of meeting space, as well as three restaurants, a mini theatre, virtual golf facilities, a fitness centre with squash court and an outdoor swimming pool.
Kandla is one of India’s largest seaports, located on the west coast of the country.
Meanwhile the Radisson Blu Ghaziabad offers 147 rooms, all-day dining eatery Avatar, signature Indian vegetarian restaurant Kama, Lust cocktail bar, a rooftop swimming pool and spa facilities.
The city of Ghaziabad is located 19km east of Delhi and around 45km from Indira Gandhi International airport.
The new properties join the recently opened Radisson Blu Chennai City Centre (see online news March 21), and are part of Carlson Rezidor’s Ambition 2015 expansion plans in India (see online news January 14, 2011).
