Plaza Premium opens Heathrow T2 arrivals lounge

17 Dec 2014 by GrahamSmith

Plaza Premium Lounge has opened an arrivals lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 2.

The facility is the first independent arrivals lounge in the terminal and is open to all travellers, for a fee, regardless of their airline or class of travel.

It follows the June opening of Plaza Premium's first Europe lounge in T2's departures hall (see news, October 2013).

Access to the lounge costs £25 per person for one hour and includes food, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and complimentary use of a shower.

A charge of £15 per person applies to those who are just looking to use the shower facilities. Massage treatments by British spa brand Ila are also available for £45 for 30 minutes or £80 for an hour.

Song Hoi-see, Plaza Premium Lounge founder and chief executive, said: "Following the successful launch of our lounge in the departures of Terminal 2, we are very excited to be opening our second lounge in the Arrivals of the terminal.

"This will be followed by our third lounge in Terminal 4 in spring 2015 and there will be more openings to come in Europe."
