Rezidor’s Park Inn brand has opened its latest hotel in Norway, a 300-room property directly attached to Oslo airport.

The hotel features 46 meeting rooms and a 236sqm ballroom, as well as signature RBG restaurant and a fitness room. The Park Inn Oslo Airport, Gardermoen is located 20 minutes by train from the city centre, and joins the 118-room Park Inn Oslo which opened earlier this year, and three other properties in Arendal, Stavenger and at Haugesund airport.

Park Inn recently opened its latest UK in Aberdeen’s city centre, and currently has three other properties under development in Scotland - one in East Kilbride close to Glasgow, and two in Edinburgh (see online news August 19). Sister brand Radisson Blu also announced it is to open its fifth airport property in the UK, with a 216-room new-build due to open in 2012 (see online news August 16).
