No. 1 Traveller, the bespoke airport transfer and lounge service, has added to the benefits of its loyalty card scheme.
New benefits of the No. 1 Traveller card mean that members will now also receive a 10 per cent discount on airport transfers (previously 5 per cent) and travellers departing from Stansted can now show their card to gain free access to the fast track security lane.
Other benefits of the card include 20 per cent off entry to the No. 1 Traveller lounges (currently at Gatwick and Stansted), including up to three guests, 10 per cent off champagne and cocktails in the lounges (other food and drink is provided free of charge) and the ability to reserve seats in the VIP areas where available.
In a nod towards frequent travellers who may already be top tier members of airline loyalty schemes the company also offers business travellers holding a frequent flyer Gold Card (or above) with any airline, a 20 per cent discount off access to No.1 Traveller lounges. The Stansted lounge cost £17.50 entry and Gatwick £20.
The No 1 card costs £28 – with the first lounge visit free and if you purchase ten or more lounge entries a year the following year’s membership will be free. Members will receive the new email newsletter, the first of which is October 1, with promotions, discounts and news for cardholders.
