Maxjet's service between London Stansted and Washington-Dulles, which was suspended earlier this year (see online news Jan 18), is to resume on May 24 with four weekly flights. The all-business-class airline is offering tickets for this route at a promotional fare of £299 each way (based on a round-trip purchase), for bookings made before April 17, valid for travel until September 17, 2007.
Flight MY201 departs Stansted at 1500 on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday, arriving Washington at 1755, with the return flight MY200 leaving the US capital at 2030, arriving in London at 0855 the next day.
In addition to the Washington DC route, Maxjet operates flights from London Stansted to New York JFK (six times a week) and Las Vegas (three times a week). Until April 17 roundtrip flights to JFK can be purchased for £359 each way. Visit maxjet.com.
