Marriott will be opening three new hotels in Sochi, Russia, the site of the 2014 Winter Olympics.

The 150-guestroom JW Marriott Sochi Golf Resort will open in early 2014; the 398-guestroom Marriott Krasnaya Polyana Hotel and the 345-guestroom Courtyard by Marriott Sochi Plaza Hotel should open in late 2013.

The JW Marriott surrounded by Sochi National Park will have an 18-hole golf course and golf club. The hotel will also feature a nearly 2,3000-square-foot spa, two pools, tennis courts and sports facilities along with dining options and a pool bar.

The Marriott opening late 2013 will be in the Olympic Media Village in an area known as Gorky Gorod +540, near the Gorky Gorod ski resort. Gorky Gorod +540 will have a cable car to transport visitors to nearby attractions. The hotel will also feature two restaurants and more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

The Courtyard by Marriott Sochi Plaza will be in a completely redeveloped hotel building that will also have apartments, offices and shops. The hotel will be located in the city center and will also offer a rooftop restaurant and sky bar.
