JAL revamps Frankfurt lounges

Japan Airlines will open its Sakura and first class lounges at Frankfurt International later this month, with new facilities including showers and internet access.
The two lounges will open on October 26, and comprise twice the space of the previous Sakura (business class) lounge. The two spaces have been modelled on the lounge concept at JAL’s international hub at Narita International airport in Tokyo (click here for a review of these lounges).
The airline says it has responded to feedback from customers by adding shower rooms, free wired internet access, and PC power sockets. JAL currently flies daily from Frankfurt to Tokyo, with a four-class service.
