Iceland Express to expand US routes

Low-cost carrier Iceland Express is to offer flights from London to Chicago and Boston (via Reykjavik) next year, and is to expand its established New York route to a daily service.
The airline will commence a weekly service to Chicago on June 10, 2011, departing London Gatwick on Friday, with flights starting from £221 one-way (including the option of a stopover in Iceland). Four-times weekly flights to Boston will also begin on June 13 next year, with prices from £231 each way.
In addition Iceland Express will commence a temporary service to Orlando between October 2 and 24 this year, departing London Gatwick on Saturday, with prices from £224 one way.
The carrier is also expanding its New York route to a daily service from June 2011, and will reinstate flights to Winnipeg from June 12 next year.
