The hotel’s restaurant Lexington Brass features American diner fare, with dishes including jam-filled pancakes with berries and lemon cream, sirloin steak sandwich with truffle fries, grilled shrimp & couscous, and sweet corn ravioli with chanterelles.

There are four executive boardrooms for meetings of between eight and 12 people, as well as an adjacent business workstation, a 24-hour fitness studio, and an in-suite spa programme is also available.

Two penthouse suites with terraces will be unveiled later this year. Rates at the Hyatt 48 Lex start from US£499.
