Hilton Worldwide has unveiled two new UK properties: the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Kensington, and the Hampton by Hilton Oxford.
The former Regency Hotel in Kensington has been rebranded following a £10 million refurbishment, after Crimson Hotels acquired the site for £100 million in October last year.
The renovated property is a short walk from tourist attractions including the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The 203-room building houses a fully equipped fitness centre, private steam rooms and meeting rooms for up to 100 guests within its historic exterior.
Meanwhile Hilton has also unveiled Hampton by Hilton Oxford, situated fifteen minutes from the centre of England’s oldest city, adjacent to the Kassam Football Stadium and Kassam Conference and Events centre.
The location boasts easy access to both Oxford Science Park and the BMW Mini plant, and is the first Hilton hotel in the city.
The new properties are the latest in Hilton's recent expansion drive across the south of England, with new hotels in Bournemouth, London Bankside and Southampton.
