The car rental firm has introduced two of the cars into its Connect by Hertz car-sharing scheme (for more information on the scheme click here), and plans to add further i-MiEVs to its UK fleet throughout 2011.
Hertz is also providing 16 pairs of charging points at its branches at London City Airport, Heathrow Airport, Russell Square (London), Marble Arch (London), Old Kent Rd (London), and Uxbridge. Customers will also have access to the Source London public charging points being rolled out across the capital by 2013.
