Etihad opens lounge at Dublin airport's T2

13 Feb 2011 by BusinessTraveller

Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways has opened a lounge within the recently opened Terminal 2 at Dublin airport, with features including showers, an a la carte menu and a business centre.

Etihad was the first airline to operate scheduled services from the terminal last November, and has now opened a 332sqm lounge overlooking the gate from where “many” of the carrier's services depart.

Facilities include a business centre with Mac workstations, free wifi internet access, showers, a luggage room, a lounge area “ furnished with Italian leather chairs and soft sofas” and featuring a library of books, magazines and newspapers, a family room, bar, and a la carte and buffet food choices.

Etihad currently offers ten services per week between Dublin and Abu Dhabi.
