Low-cost brand Easyhotel is set to open three properties in Edinburgh, Dubai and Porto over the summer period.
First up is Easyhotel Dubai Jebel Ali, which is due to open its doors on August 8th, and is located five minutes walk from the Jebel Ali Metro Station No 42. The 216-room hotel will be the group’s first venture outside Europe.
Next up is Easyhotel Princes Street in Edinburgh, scheduled to open on August 31, and currently being promoted on the homepage of the group’s website. The 29-room property is located opposite Princes Street Gardens, within walking distance of Edinburgh Waverley, the city’s main rail station.
Finally Easyhotel is also due to open a property in the Portuguese property of Porto in the “summer of 2010”. The group also recently opened a 125-room hotel in Berlin (see online news March 16).
