Dusit International will launch the first property under its DusitD2 brand in Dubai this July.
The 237-room DusitD2 Kenz Dubai will be located in the Tecom district of the city, next to Dubai Internet City Metro Station.
Room facilities will include free wifi, and digital media hubs with universal power outlets and LED TVs with built-in sound bars.
There will be a rooftop pool, spa and fitness centre, three meeting rooms, and Wise Kwai restaurant offering “authentic Thai street food in a chic atmosphere”.
The hotel will join existing Dubai properties under the Dusit umbrella – Dusit Thani Dubai, Dusit Residence Dubai Marina, and Pearl Coast Apartments Dubai.
