Hilton Worldwide has opened its seventh Doubletree property in London and 18th in the UK, with the rebranding of a former Best Western hotel.
The Doubletree by Hilton London Marble Arch is located on Bryanston Street close to Marble Arch tube station, and is housed within a building which was formerly a private residence for Lady Black, Lady in Waiting to King George. The property was most recently home to the Best Western Premier Mostyn Hotel.
The interiors of the 121-room hotel were renovated last year, and the property offers the Michelin-starred Texture restaurant, as well as Fire and Spice Bar and Kitchen, three meeting rooms accommodating up to 130 delegates, five syndicate rooms holding up to eight people, free wifi, a 24-hour business centre and a fitness centre.
Hilton recently rebranded the Ramada London Heathrow under its Doubletree brand (see online news July 4), and the former Hesperia London Victoria also joined the Doubletree portfolio earlier this year (see online news March 5).
