The Cheval Group is to open its latest serviced apartments property in London next year, housed within a ten-storey development overlooking The Thames, Tower Bridge and the Shard.

Cheval Three Quays will feature 97 serviced apartments (minimum stay seven days) and 61 non-serviced, long-term let apartments (minimum 12 months), in a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom, and penthouse options.

The group has unveiled details of the property’s interior design, which it says celebrates “the character of the natural and historic environment, whilst reflecting the area’s new lease of life with a contemporary, luxury design that will make guests feel at home”.

Features in the lobby will include two hand-painted murals depicting detailed scenes of daily-life on the medieval wharf, as well as leather armchairs, a burnt orange leather-clad reception desk topped with black granite, and an over-sized Kappa Lambda rug. Corridors will feature large black and white photographic prints featuring scenes from the area’s history, including photographs of Tower Bridge being built.

Apartments will offer floor-to-ceiling windows, with those facing East, South and West featuring glass balconies, and rooms will be decorated in either soft apple green with burnt orange, gold and copper tones, or burgundy, plum, gold and grape.

Room features will include Lyndon sofas, armchairs and leather headboards, with oak wood-finished flooring, floating bedside tables, 37-inch Samsung Smart LED TVs, Dada kitchens with a breakfast bar and Siemens appliances, and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures

The two penthouses will feature double height ceilings, “dramatic chandeliers”, and retractable walls for a choice of set-up.

The property will also offer 862 sqm of retail and restaurant space on the ground floor, with views of the Thames and Sugar Quay, which will be transformed into a public walkway for the first time in 20 years.

Cheval Residences operates several properties in London, including Cheval Knightsbridge, Cheval Calico House close to Bank Underground station, Cheval Phoenix House in Chelsea, Cheval Gloucester Park in Kensington, Cheval Hyde Park Gate, and Cheval Thorney Court in Royal Kensington.
