22 Mar 2016 by BusinessTraveller

Brussels Airlines has unveiled the second in a series of specially designed aircraft liveries inspired by by Belgian icons.

Following on from last year's Tintin livery, the carrier has partnered with the Foundation Magritte to create an exterior livery on one of its A320 aircraft incorporating two of Magritte’s paintings - La Clairvoyance and Le Retour.

The aircraft's interiors have also been transformed, to depict a flock of cloud-filled birds from Le Retour and the man in the bowler hat in La Belle-Société.

The designs were created by three Belgian designers from the carrier's marketing team, and were painted onto the aircraft by airbrush artist Andre Eisele.
