Boston Marriott Long Wharf finishes four-year renovations

The Boston Marriott Long Wharf has finished its four-year, $30-million renovation.
The 412-guestroom hotel now features a reinvented lobby, new Waterline restaurant open day and evening, a new Harbor View Ballroom, a bigger health club and concierge lounge and renovated meeting space and guestrooms.
The guestrooms now have iPod clock radios, HD LCD televions with split screen techonolgy and plug-in for digital devices and new bedding.
The new Waterline restaurant has a bar and menu with American cocktails and New England cuisine using local ingredients.
The expanded gym has new equipment such as stationary bikes, Precor treadmills and elliptical trainers with nine-inch televisions. The indoor pool area opens to a sundeck that overlooks the water.
