Bangkok's airports to reopen

Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports should reopen later this week, after anti-government protesters agreed to end their occupation of the terminals.
It is believed flights could resume this Thursday (December 4), allowing thousands of stranded passengers to fly home.
Protesters - who have been occupying Bangkok’s two main airports for the past week – have agreed to leave following a ruling by the Thai courts ordering the country’s PM Somchai Wongsawat to step down and disband his party.
The demonstrators say they will leave the airports by 0300 (GMT) on December 3, allowing the authorities to prepare the terminals for the resumption of flights.
