British Airways is adding the award-winning Tribute pale ale to its range of beers available in-flight from next month.
The Cornish ale will be offered to all passengers on long-haul flights, as well as to Club Europe customers on short-haul flights.
It will also be added to BA’s range of beverages available in the carrier’s airport lounges.
The popularity of ales and bitters is on the rise in the UK, with the number of people drinking lager falling in the last few years.
The St Austell brewery beer will be served in specially commissioned 330ml cans.
Last month BA added Champagne de Castelnau Reserve Brut NV to the list of drinks available in Club Europe cabins - this move has been discussed on our forum here.
