British Airways is suspending its London Gatwick to Tunis route from the upcoming winter season.
The five-times weekly service will cease operating on October 25.
BA blames the suspension on the route not being profitable.
Passengers booked to fly on the route after October 25 are being offered a full refund.
The airline said in a statement: "The flights are being suspended because they don't make a profitable contribution to our business. We are always reviewing our route network to ensure it is in-line with the needs of our customers."
It emerged yesterday that BA is to increase its flight frequency between Heathrow and Hyderabad from six weekly to daily from October 27 (see online news, August 5).
