BA extends BBC in-flight agreement

28 Oct 2010 by BusinessTraveller

British Airways is to offer in-flight programmes from BBC Worldwide’s Entertainment, Knowledge, Lifestyle and Cbeebies channels, adding to the existing BBC World News offering.

The deal will launch this December on 100 BA aircraft fitted with the carrier’s IFE system, and will include programmes such as Luther, Celebrity Masterchef and Top Gear.

BA says that the CBeebies offering will be the the first-ever tailored pre-school channel for the airline, with programmes including In the Night Garden and Zingzillas.
