Nigerian carrier Arik Air will stop serving its London-Abuja route from the end of October, leaving just British Airways offer non-stop flights between the two cities.
The carrier has confirmed to Business Traveller that it will drop flights between London Heathrow and Abuja from October 29 –after this date Arik Air’s website is showing connection possibilities from its existing London-Lagos service onto Abuja.
British Airways currently flies daily to the Nigerian capital from Heathrow, while BA, Virgin and Arik Air all serve the Nigerian port city of Lagos from London.
