ANA to expand China network from Haneda

4 Aug 2015 by GrahamSmith

ANA is to increase flights between Japan and China for the winter 2015/16 schedule including a new daily route from Tokyo Haneda to Guangzhou.

The Star Alliance member is also to increase flights from Haneda to Beijing and Shanghai from daily to double daily. The changes will be introduced on October 25.

ANA has been able increase services to China following successful talks between the two nations earlier this year.

Guangzhou will be ANA’s fourth route to China from Haneda while the airline also operates 10 routes to China from Tokyo Narita.

The outbound flight NH923 will leave Haneda at 09.25 to arrive in Guangzhou at 13.50, with the return flight NH924 leaving Guangzhou at 15.05 and arriving at Haneda at 20.00.

The airline said that the doubling of services to Beijing and Shanghai would allow it to operate flights departing Haneda in late afternoon with arrival in early evening, in addition to the existing morning flights.

The new Haneda-Beijing flight NH963 will depart at 17.25 to arrive in Beijing at 20.35, while the return flight NH964 leaves Beijing at 08.30 and returns to Haneda at 12.45.

The second Haneda-Shanghai flight NH971 will depart Tokyo at 18.30 to arrive in Shanghai at 21.10, while the return service NH972 leaves Shanghai at 08.20 to return to Haneda at 12.05.

All new services will be served using Boeing B767-300 aircraft.
