Over the Christmas and New Year season Air France will serve its La Première (first class) passengers a new menu of dishes, including a special caviar appetiser.
The appetiser, called Eggxiting by Petrossian, will be served as an individual glass “egg” of Caviar Alverta Royal and is available on flights departing Paris between December 1 and January 31.
Other dishes for December will be created by French chef Jacques Le Divellec, including fillet of turbot with clams and a seafood medley, combining fennel and potatoes with fillet of smoked salmon, black tiger shrimp, seared scallops and fillet of monkfish, served in shellfish broth.
