Air Canada is to boost its US network by commencing flights from Toronto to San Diego this June, as well as increasing frequency on its San Francisco route, and introducing its fully-flat business class on flights to LA.

The carrier will launch a daily service to San Diego on June 17, departing Toronto at 1725 and arriving in San Diego at 1925, with the return leg leaving the US city at 0725 and landing in Toronto at 1507.

Air Canada will also add a fifth daily frequency to its Toronto-San Francisco route on June 1, with the new flight departing Canada at 0800 and arriving in San Francisco at 1026, and the return leg departing at 1115 and landing back in Toronto at 1905. Both the San Diego and San Francisco flights will be plied with A319 aircraft.

The carrier is also set to roster its Boeing 767-300ER onto selected flights to and from Los Angeles, allowing the carrier to offer fully flat beds in Executive First (business class) on the route. The aircraft will ply flight AC791 departing Toronto at 0910 and arriving in LA at 1128, returning as AC792 at 1240 and landing back into Toronto at 2009.
